源自4000年前的美索不達米亞平原，呼羅珊小麥擁有飽滿的金黃色色澤並散發著濃厚的小麥香氣，淡淡的堅果氣息，像烘烤過的杏仁或榛果，散發著像蜂蜜般的天然甜香氣。

呼羅珊小麥的蛋白質含量較現代小麥高，也富含鎂、鋅、硒等礦物質，使做出來的麵包呈現細緻、綿密卻有彈性的口感。

我們使用60%，來自法國產、擁有歐盟有機認證的呼羅珊小麥全麥麵粉，搭配德國產550型小麥麵粉製作這款難得一見的季節風味，讓這支擁有悠久歷史的古代小麥，呈現它獨特的迷人之處。

Originating from the Mesopotamian plains over 4,000 years ago, Khorasan wheat boasts a rich golden hue and a deep, wheaty aroma. It carries delicate nutty notes, reminiscent of roasted almonds or hazelnuts, with a natural honey-like sweetness.

With a higher protein content than modern wheat, Khorasan wheat is also rich in essential minerals such as magnesium, zinc, and selenium. This results in a fine, soft yet elastic texture in the bread it produces.

For this rare seasonal creation, we use 60% whole Khorasan wheat flour, organically certified by the EU and sourced from France, blended with German Type 550 wheat flour. This ancient grain, with its remarkable heritage, is showcased in all its unique and captivating character.
